To deliver property analysis, we send the property addresses you submit to third-party data providers (currently Smarty for address verification and property data, ATTOM for comparable property data, and Photon/OpenStreetMap for address autocomplete). Each provider has its own privacy practices.
We use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) to measure how people use the Service, and Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These tools set cookies and may collect information about your visit (such as pages viewed, actions taken, IP-derived approximate location, and device/browser data) so we can understand how people find and use TryAppeal and improve our marketing. We do not include personally identifiable information such as your name, email, phone number, or street address in the events we send to these analytics providers.
